The Hapoel third-grade basketball team lost last weekend, dropping a 30-16 decision to the Bells Mills Dunkers in a Montgomery County rec league game. The Sea Hawks fell behind early, losing 8-2 in the first quarter before rallying to cut the deficit to two in the second period. But Bells Mills pulled away in the second half to score the easy victory. Danny Zweben led the team with 10 points. Eli Horn added four, and Mory Gould scored two points. Aaron Weiss and Noah Green helped Zweben and Horn with good work on the boards. The loss gave the team an 0-2 record this season. They suffered a 19-10 loss in their first game last weekend and will play again on Sundays in this league.
